if you ask me they is all cheap, meaning not very good quality. i would suggest going with a different model. but if you really want a cheap one try a search on the web with pretty much the same question or try a local shop see if they have any back from a return.

I have 2 Motorola V325i (Camera Phones) for 60 bucks a month and i am splitting the bill with my husband so only 30 bucks a month with 700 minutes and free nights and weekends. The stylish Motorola V325 is a variation on the super-popular Motorola flip phones of recent years. With great features like a digital camera that takes print-quality photos, a convenient external display, downloadable games, ringtones and wallpapers and advanced voice dialing, the Motorola V325 is already a great phone. But, the V325 also boasts a bigger, better color display and unique light-up outer bezel for a bit more flair. If you want a cool, everyday phone check out the Motorola V325.

If ever you come to South Korea, go to the Electronics Market in downtown Seoul.
There are numerous electronic-related items for sale, both new and used.

Maybe before you look for a cell phone you should look for a "cheep" dictionary. Do you "wont" one, or not?
But to answer your question, Nigeria.
