If you like the butch-femme dynamic, butch-femme.com or butch-femme.co.uk are both awesome sites with great communities of really lovely people.
If you like the butch-butch dynamic, butch-butch.com is one site, but strapdivision.com is the really great site.
As for femme-femme boards, I really don't know of any, since I'm ont particularly interested in the topic.
