Tigerclaw, on Warriors, why did he say Ravenpaw betrayed him? Only answer if you read the book.

Tigerclaw was lying. Ravenpaw technically did not betray him as he informed Firepaw/Fireheart of Tigerclaw's murder of Redtail, Bluestar's deputy, in order to become deputy himself. That made Tigerclaw angry, and he attempted to murder Ravenpaw to keep him quiet.
