I think it depends... I have them both, love them and am totally addicted to both but it depends on my mood, who I'm playing with, etc...
WWSM- Great drinking game (especially in multi mode, every time someone loses they take a shot), easier (probably better for kids too)
MBBB- A lot harder, although I haven't played too many of the mini games yet the actual game itself is hard (stuck on World 4, lol)

Hmm... I think Wario Ware Smooth Moves is better because you have a more variety of games to play. Over 200 mini games I think, while Moneky Ball Banana Blitz only has about over 50 mini games I think.
I've played Wario and I'm addicted to it :D

I think the wario game is the coolest. For all my life I played games like that and I think there the BOMB!
