What cell phone providers work in U.S. and Europe?

Is there a company that allows movement back and forth without changing plans or resetting anything? Are there any European options for Verizon that are reasonable?

i know tmobile has service both places, as far as moving back and fourth you would have toask them.

i believe us cellular i think verizon sucks and so does sprint nextel costs to much but they might
