Dally Winston, Ponyboy Curtis, and Darry Curtis.
just tell me what's the difference in the characters from the movie and the book

Dally was the typical tough guy-cunning and always looking for a fight. Ponyboy was the youngest of the greasers-wide-eyed and wise to the ways of the world, but always hopeful that there was a happier place. Darry was smart and worked hard to take care of his family in place of his dead parents. He was respected and feared by the gang at the same time.
