That you are cute or you are a cutie. This doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't think you are beautiful or gorgeous, but if those are the only words he uses (and he's been saying them for a while) then maybe he's seen better. (I'm not trying to be harsh, and I'm sorry if it's coming off that way.) If you want a straight answer though, go to him and ask him. People on here don't know anything.

That he finds you cute and sweet. He might also be trying to say he is interested but cannot come out directly and say it because he might be afraid of rejection. Lots of people are and this keeps them from asking out guys/girls.

Depends on how he said it. If he said "eh..you're a cutie." He's lying and trying to be "nice."
If he said "You're a cutie!!". You're pretty and he thinks you're cute.
