so there is this random "horror" film i saw when i was like 8 (that would be 1992) and i have been dying to know the name of it, ha. here are the things i remember about it:
1) "Killer" was an escaped mental patient of some sort whose brain was encased by this plastic or glass covering his head instead of a skull, with some redish liquid to keep the brain nice and moist.
2) scene where above mentioned mental pt. is staggering up a driveway toward a house with two people inside, guy and girl, who are taking a bubble bath together (it was like one of the first times i saw "nudity" in a movie so i remember this was a bug thing) unaware of the impending doom.
If ANYONE can remember the name of this film I will be FOREVER grateful! It's been bothering me for years, but on sites like imbd there is no way to search for something random like this. THANKS!
