I needed to know how scientist classify seedless vascular plants it is dealing with my science project.

The main groups of vascular plants that do not make seeds are the ferns, whisk ferns, horsetails, and club mosses. You can see their classification, characteristics, and so on at the site listed below. Look at the second half of the site.

I believe the answer is C. And if I remember correctly, bryophytes existed before seedless vascular plants... so it would make sense that the seedless vascular plants have a more large, and therefore more specialized, tissues. Bryophytes are just so simple and and don't have a large, complex system. Hope I helped! Take care!
