Depends on the game....

If you play chess that's one thing, but if it's a contact sport it's hands down old Metallica. "Creeping death" was my personal favorite when I played university rugby.

It depends what Kind of music your into. Also what game. For contact sports I usually listen to something heavy with a fair amount of screaming and double bass. For something like that I usually listen to All That Remains, Killswitch Engage, Soilwork, bands like that. The heavy stuff really gets the adrenaline goin.

rage against the machine, the first album self-titled. pretty much any song. i don't think that is what it is intended to pump you up for, but i can defiantly see it working.
