I do not think anyone can be a misfit due to that... there are a lot more guys out there than you know that are not circumsized these days.... and even though it is something I am sure you guys do dwell on? it does not make one a misfit.... sorry you feel that way... I have sons... they are not... why? have you seen or even heard about what they do? I am not knocking the choice mothers and fathers make when they have it done? but I could not put my sons thru that pain... especially that young... if it is important to you? you could always have it done later.. or maybe now...there are doctors who do it.... ouch...
your question did not ask that exactly though did it... you asked if you were "just because" of that.... if you are feeling as though you are a misfit whatever your reasons? you need to know that makes you one of the most average of kids/teens/adults out there... we all have felt that we were misfits as kids/teens... "I am the only one who feels this way..." or "I am the only one that way, I don't fit in..." it is part of growing up... and what makes us unique.. our own person....
... the best advise is to not focus so much on the differences you have negatively... but embrace them as what makes you special.... what makes you, you.... I know this is easier said than done... but it is true...... and I do not know about you? I would not want to be like everyone else out there...

No you are not a misfit. Years ago they believed it was an easier way to stop infections etc., but as long as you wash yourself properly etc. then there are normally no problems. People nowadays seem to think that if the father is done then the sons should be done & vice versa. Most hospitals and doctors try to talk people out of it as it is an unnecessary procedure. Some people also think it's a cruel thing to do to infant boys. It's also been acknowledged that removng the skin takes away some of the males sexual pleasure. Some cultures not only circumsise their sons but they also do their daughters. I personally thought if I wouldn't do my daughter and everyone is so against it then why would I do it to my son. Just look after it & everything shoild be alright.

No, absolutely not! You are very fortunate that your parents did not have the most sensitive part of your penis chopped off for no good reason. The foreskin keeps the penis moist, the way it is supposed to be. Without it, everything dries out and becomes desensitized. The head of the penis is not skin-it is the same tissue as the inside of your mouth-a mucus membrane. It is supposed to be moist. Why do you think so many people need viagra? Their penis is all dry and crusty. Be happy, be proud! It is not that uncommon to be uncircumcised anymore.

All boys are born uncircumcised, so, is everyone a misfit? No. Unless you are a Jew and that is part of your heritage, you are perfectly normal.

uh no! ok so it depends on your culture i guess as to how prevailant it is, but really it is now widely known that its a fairly irrelevant procedure as it used to be done for cleanliness sake, and well it really doesnt help. and besides think about how lucky you are to have all those extra nerve endings still attached. Yup, they do good things like making sex more enjoyable! i say you got the better end of the stick lol

Be glad you are not. It's a disgusting and cruel practice. There are plenty of women who prefer uncircumcised men, so don't worry. Be glad you'll have the opportunity to enjoy sex to its fullest, unlike your circumcised counterparts.

If you feel bad about it have the surgery done. It will be painful in the beginning but the pain will pass and then that will be one less thing you have to worry about. Dating and safe sex is hard enough you dont want to have to worry about that extra skin.
