song at the end of the movie "the pianist", what is it?

does anyone know the name of this piano piece? I know it is by chopin. I just need the name. I believe it is actually two pieces (one after another)

They are indeed two pieces, but are usually presented together, either as piano accompanied by orchestra, or as a solo piano piece. The Andante Spianato and Grande Polonaise Brillante.
