Previously people here helped me in transferring label captions to notepad, however the print command left a lot of aligining issues, how do i write the label captions generated in a vb program and port it to excel or access. Thanks for the help. Being a new enterent in the feild, this yahoo feature is really cool !!

Check out pagesetup methods. You can record the macro and understand how it works. It is a resource hog in older versions though.
