I don't feel creative enough to think of one right now, but maybe a young boy is thinking about a problem or something and the cat in the hat walks by and tries to help the boy but only suggests wrong ideas which makes the boy flustered and in the end the cat suggests something that actually work.

I don't know all of it, but I know that "A Snoodle's Tale" (a VeggieTales production) does indeed have a Suess-like quality.
