i have been down latley i dont know why i just feel like crying at times. i dont seem borad or anything just seem really depressed. i just had a majior brake bown for about 20 minutes. please help me.

Jesus live has a point. A hot shower always makes you feel better. Also you may have toxin build up inside your body that is making you feel down. Try drinking a lot of distilled water to flush your system. Also try this breathing exercise right now....take as deep a breath as you can and hold it for 10 seconds. Then exhale as far as you can and hold it for 5 seconds...then inhale and hold it again for 10 seconds. Repeat this 10 times. Believe me...you will feel a lot better. It works every time. Also eating fresh fruits like bananas and oranges can help. If you are up to it go jog around the block. This always helps too. Think of all the things you can be thankful for. Think of all the people who have it much worse than you do. Cheer up...be happy! Things can always be worse....and remember...Jesus Loves you!

Depression can have many factors. It could be that there is something in your past that hasn't been resolved and is just now surfacing. Sometimes a person can be strong during a difficult situation, but then later their body decides to deal with it. Also, if you haven't been getting enough sunshine you can become very depressed. Sleep is important and eating healthy. Don't forget to eat chocolate though (very good for depression). Take you B vitamins too, those are really good for promoting a positive mood. St John's Wart is an herbal supplement that might help as well.

Start v e r y simple exercise routine. I started with 100 steps the first day, 120 steps the next, 140 steps the third day and so on. You will feel so much better. Also an excellent aromatherapy oil ofr depression is Clary Sage, your healthfood store should have (remeber to buy 'essential oil' NOT 'fragrant oil''

And look at some flowers

maybe you are feeling a great deal of anxiety inside and have yet to relieve the stress and the issues that are bothering you, maybe you really need to let out all the anguish instead of bottling it up inside so you don't have a breakdown, nor a lash out on anyone. It also doesn't make you feel good inside to know you have so many issues that need to be resolved and really gives you a whole perspective of things, ie: negativity, sadness, depression. so keep your spirits up dear. and take care!

compose yourself, sit down infront of the tv and watch good movies, funny movies, have a good laugh... try playing tomb raider series or final fantasy series if u have a PS2. The game play would keep your mind occupied instead of wandering off.

Get a good night's sleep. Everything will be better in the morning. We are in the middle of winter-that's pretty depressing. Spring will be coming soon, think of how beautiful it will be.

bundle up and go for a brisk walk. it can help clear your thouts also pray, listen to a favorite song from sometime in your life and dance/sing along. also a nice warm bath

im sure you know why but either way just occupy your mind with other things. you might want to try a relaxing bath or shower-it always helps me!
