Puerperal is a term related to, or connected with childbirth or immediately following. So non-puerperal means not related to childbirth.

puerperal is the return of female reproductive organs to their normal state, about 6 weeks after child birth. i guess nonpuerperal would be if this doesn't happen as expected or the condition after birth before it happens.

According to the Merriam-Webster online dictionary, that's not a word. Maybe there's a typo?

That isn't a word - according to the dictionary. Maybe you should check the spelling of the word again. Otherwise, I don't know what to tell you.
Thanks!
