Ozzfest 2007 will be free this year and I was wondering if it would be safe to go?
I'm kinda freaked because I always hear horror stories of people going to ozzfest and getting stabbed or breaking bones or even dying in the crowd.
I'm kind of paranoid of going to heavy'metal type concerts because I once went to a Killswitch Engage concert and got elbowed in the back and went into shock.

dont go in the put at big festivals ... small clubs pits are a lot different. ive been fine a a ton of shows, but then again i dont mosh. my friend was kicked in the head once and chipped her tooth off. just stay toward the side to the back i guess

Don't go near the mosh pit.
It's usually safer to stay on the side.
It's not too safe at the middle or at the front of the stage.

it probably won't be safe because there will be a lot more people at this years concerts since it is free

guess what? ozzfeast will be free this year!! i heard it on the radio today..so u have an extra reason to go. u just need to go to ozzfeast website and get info on how to get ur free tickets

As long as you do not try to get in front of the stage, you should be ok
