They'll get away with it, ditto Brown and Root, Carlile group, etc.
Oh, and did you hear that Bush almost ran over these reporters when they insanely let him drive a tractor? They should know he's not to be trusted with farm machinery. Or anything else.

haliburton has been getting no-bid government contracts for decades--even when your precious clinton was in office. i am sick to death of hearing about it. and i'm pretty sure there was no drinking involved in the death of the guy whose car laura bush hit when she was younger. it was a dangerous intersection, at which there had been a number of fatal accidents before hers. i'm sure she'd have been charged if she'd been drinking. stop trying to sound clever, when it is so obvious that cleverness is way out of your reach.
