should i write pop music or country? here is the lyrics to one of my songs...
I am lost, I’m lost in this crowd and I don’t fit in but I want to, I want to be found and fit in, but I’m still lost, lost forever you can see,
And If you could hold on, hold on to my soul, then maybe, maybe I could be founded,
I want to be a good friend, but nobody likes me, they think I’m a idiotic person but I don’t think I am, I’m just want to be normal like everyone else
And If I could go up, go up to the holy heavens, I would have memories, memories from the good past,
But now I myself for not having friends who support me, you me too, it’s like I knew … so… and if you could hold on, hold on to my soul, maybe, maybe I could be founded… you, shut up, don’t say anything bad about me it’s bad it will make my social life more worse than now, I , I’ll you more we’ll never be friends if your mean to me… and if I could go up, go up to the holy heavens, I would have memories, memories from the good past but when will I, I have memories, now or then, then or now, baby you couldn’t even last a month like this, you couldn’t stand my life it’s so bad… and if you could hold on, hold on to my soul, maybe, maybe I could be found…and if I could go up, go up to the holy heavens, I would have memories, memories from the past… lost… I’m lost in my life to much to do I need to update it… that’s how I could catch up with the others But I’m still lost… to much to do… and if you could hold on hold on to my soul, maybe I could be found… and if I could go up, go up to the holy heavens, I would have memories of the radical past….

I think you should do pop. I write songs too. Mine are all pop. Some are slow some are fast. Sing your song a couple of times. See if it sounds better country or pop. Whatever you choose, I'm sure it will sound great either way. Best of luck!

i think you should sing pop but don't use words that don't go with the style of your music like shut up in pop keep it up beat
