about boys with a tongue ring and labret piercings that arent rockers are gay?? people thinks that my friend is gay because he has both.

People are all different. Gay people look all different too. Just because he has peircings doesn't mean he is gay. It means he likes piercing.

A piercing or two doesn't make someone gay. If they had a tattoo on their forehead that said "I'm gay", that tattoo doesn't make them gay. They could just be happy. If he know that getting that combination of piercing will make him look gay, maybe that saying something. Maybe he wants to look gay to gays but appear straight to straights. (AKA he is gay.) Why would he get some piercings done if he KNEW that society would think he was homosexual for it. He may or may not be gay. It is still up in the air.

If he knows the secret handshake then he is gay, that is the only way you can tell for sure. The piercing thing is just a coincedence there is nothing to it at all. The wearing yellow on Thursdays, mentioned by one of the other people, though does mean something.

Stupid stereotypical ways of thinking annoy me. These people are idiots if they think all guys are gay for having these things pierced. Yes, many gay men do, but not all men that get them pierced are actually gay.

I'm with Kris55a. Just because someone LIKES to look different doesn't mean they're gay. Looking different is an expression of personality, NOT sexuality.
