Well,I think he will hit a few home runs and bring fans in.But I think his days as an offensive force are over.I think he can last the season, only because he still is an attraction.Im thinking he will hit 20-25 hrs,70 rbis, maybe .240,and about 150 strikeouts. Then I bet he finally calls it a career.

IF he makes the team, I think he'll stay at DH most of the year. That could of course change if they are in the playoff hunt come trade deadline time. As of right now, I'm not sure who else they are going with as a DH? Jason Botts? Not sure how well he'll do, but of course he turns the magical 27 this year... Beyond that, who are you going to choose? Brad Wilkerson? Last year the rangers tried to get help in this spot with Phil Nevin, and we all see how well that worked out.

Sammy is a Joke and so are the Rangers for signing him. I hope he got ESPN in the Dominican prepping for his big comeback in 2007, cause he needs to look at the treatment his boy, Big Mac received for HOF consideration. Sammy will be receiving the same very, very soon.

Sammy is only in it to get to 600 HR's. It's purely a selfish motivation. I guess it's his last attempt to pad his numbers for the Hall of Fame.

He will hit a few homers just to get the fans excited, then he will suck and choke in the big games as always.
