Yes go your local SS office and fill out a form they will process your form and send you a replacement. I believe it is done for free.

Go to your local social security office and request another one.
You need to also report this as soon as possible because whoever stole your card could also steal your identity.
Let the social security office know that your card was stolen, and find out what you need to do as far as preventing someone from stealing your identity.

Of course you can get a new card, you cant get a new number however. If you know it was stolen you need to contact your local Social Security office and let them know.

I just got a new one myself. Go to www.ssa.gov and print the form out and fill it out, then take it to your SS office, if your a minor they require a copy of your shot record, if your an adult just show them your i.d.
