Do you know where I can find a recording, or the sheet music, of The Varsouviana?

I'm currently in "A Streetcar Named Desire" and we can't find a copy of the Varsouviana anywhere! any help is appreciated!

Also, search for Item number: 260059938850 on Ebay; it is an old Frank Devol recording that has Varsouviana on it. Perhaps the seller still has the copy.
