on your instrument, what song do play when someone ask you to play a song. what song do you use to impress and show off you skills?

Flight of the Bumblebee is always a winner no matter what instrument you play. There is a wider variety for piano or violin though since more piano and violin pieces are recognized. Pachabel, Bach Preludes and Fugues are usually also a good choice. But in general I'd go with R-K Flight of the Bumblebee :)

i play saxophone and i usually pull off something like Yakety Sax by Boots Randolf. Or i pull something from a movie such as the Star Wars theme song and play it up an octive. if i dont feel like that ill quickly transcribe a song on the spot and that seems to work pretty well.

i"m a drummer, and can play from reagge to punk, but usually go for something funky and sometimes reverse the beat or go off-beat
it sound a bit like "Express Youself"

I normally just pick a random song. (the first song(s) I pick up from a box of sheet music)

if you want to show off play some metal (lamb of god, unearth, shadows fall, dragonforce) i dont know if you heard any of those bands but you should cuz the guitar and bass guitars are good
