Dastoor is not an English word. However, it is the title used for the cleric/officiator at ZOROASTRIAN ceremonies and religious rites -- equivalent to a priest in Christianity, a rabbi in Judaism.

Additionally, in Farsi, it is a noun meaning order or edict. I'm sure there are a number of other languages out there with a meaning for the word!

In the English language there is not a word spelled dastoor.
