I was on her side. Now I'm on KFed's side. She offered him $25 million to go away and have no contact with her or the kids. He wants joint custody of the kids and only half of what they sell the house for. The house is only $13 million. If he only wants $6.5 million and joint custody how can he be a bad guy.

I'm on neither side. Britney and Kevin are both craving for fame and attention from the media. Britney is irresponsible and lacks the qualities of being a good mother. Kevin appears to be only interested in himself and money.

They are both in the wrong- kevin federline did leave his pregnant fiance - so what - if the relationship just isnt working then its not fair on any of the parties involved including the children to flog a dead horse so to speak.
Britney is a b.i.t.ch for even suggesting the childrens father disappears - she made her bed and she should lie in it. Oh and what kind of mother is she anyway? she should spend time with her own children rather than slagging her childrens father off - the words GROW UP spring to mind.

I agree with Tracie completely. Britney knew who Kevin was when she married him in the beginning. She wanted shock value and headlines, now she got it. I think everyone is blaming Kevin for Britney's behavior/image but she cost it on herself. Yes, he left his first girlfriend, but Brit knew he was involved with Shar Jackson. I' am so sick of the poor Britney routine. Besides, How good of a mother she can be if she is partying every night and leaving the kids with the nanny. NEITHER deserves the kids.

I would have to say Britney. She's not acting too responsible right now, but Kevin was never there for her. He went out and partied while she was with the kids. Are we really supposed to believe he changed overnight?

kevin's side. even though he left his first girl for britney at least he had her in check. cause now she is running around like a hoochie (ie. hanging around town with no panties with paris and lindsay) instead of being a mom to her two boys (sean preston and jayden james). so people should give kevin a break.

Kevin's. Everyone tried to say that he ruined her image. I think it should be pretty obvious now that she is capable of that all by herself. She is trash. I think people need to give Kevin a break.
