Which UC should I apply to if I want to become a teacher?

It doesn't matter too much. Just get a degree in education (or another subject), and then get your masters in Education.

You might take into consideration where you want to teach. If you
have observations, student teaching or internships in a district near the UC campus, it may give you an advantage in applying for a teaching position. Teaching positions in California are often dependent on having been at the school where there was an opening. You would be known to them and that gives you an advantage over an unknown applicant.

It depends on what type of teacher you want to be. I know (becuase I am a History Teacher major) that UC Davis has a very good History program. UC Berkeley is good for general education.
