Newtown Hawker Centre... not so much seafood... but great & affordable...

I know this great & inexpensive seafood restaurant at Jurong West area, near the Nanyang CC, the name of the restaurant is called Crabby Seafood Restaurant and it is working on 24hrs.
Their signature dishes are the Chilli Crab & Black Pepper Crab. They've other excellent chinese cuisines which also cost inexpensive. Try it and I'm sure you'll like it.

My personal favourite is Ubin Seafood at Punggol Marina. Very picturesque setting - great food, great service and not too ex for seafood galore ! They used to be on Ubin itself. Parking is free - best if you drive cos it is quite far in -suggest taxi otherwise.
