What forms? You mean, what lawyer!

First of all IF you filed for divorce in 2004 then you have the forms. You both have to fill them out and then return them to the court in order for the process of divorce to be started. Although it sounds to me that you just filed for seperation and not divorce. They are two different things. If all you have are seperation papers then you must file for divorce first. I suggest seeking a lawyer...sounds like you need one.

Go to the clerk of court's office - they will give you all the necessary paper work for you to finalize your divorce.

I am not sure about that. But if you have kids, think about them too. They may seem strong but they may be breaking down on the inside. When my parents were seperated, i acted strong but i was really broken up inside. After i finally talked to my parents about it, they relaized how much they werent hurting me,
