Sometimes the item is a no-name brand, but what if it's abercrombie, etc? Can I get sued? Thanks for the help.

As long as you operate as a licensed second hand dealer you should be fine.

you can re-sell any item, I used to own a consignment shop and 90% of the items in the store was used....The name of the business was Second Time Around....

Sure, why not. You'll have to have a licence. You must clearly indicate that these are second hand clothes and you will have to remove name brand labels and store labels. Good Luck!

Sure. It can be a resale shop. Normally you have to cut out the tags of name brand merch.

that's criminal. that's arts and crafts and fully criminal to do. i do not imagine you want a disclaimer... yet some quite everyone seems grossed out by technique of thrift shops so that you'll prefer to bathe the products earlier you promote them.

I think u can get sued by the company....but i don't think u should try to sell it.....maube star ur own clothing line......worth a try.....

It is illegal to sell knock-offs, or counterfeit items, no matter WHERE you get them.

you bought it, I couldn't see why its illegal, lots of people do it, thrift stores consignment store botiques....unless you use a copy right name as your stores name.
