Wonder Woman would win this battle, and I will give you reasons why. First, Supergirl, like Superman, is susceptible to three things, and they are Green Kryptonite, Red Kryptonite, and Magic. Wonder Woman, while a woman in every sense, was actually created magically by her mother from clay. Wonder Woman also uses magic bracelets, a magic lasso, and a magic tiara, not to mention she herself is basically a magical being. Wonder Woman's strength is close to Superman's, and while Supergirl also has super-strength, it's not quite near Superman's level due to her age and less time on Earth and exposure to Earth's sun. Wonder Woman has the magic, strength, and experience to defeat Supergirl.
