Unless you have a huge drive, 11% is not enough free space to keep your computer happy, and it'll take HOURS to defrag it.

It would be a lot easier (and faster) if you remove some programs that you don't use anymore, back up your needed but not often used files (songs you don't want to lose but don't listen to, etc) onto CD / DVD, then delete them off your computer.

Clear off AT LEAST 25% of your hard drive, then defrag it.

Grab and run Ccleaner - it clears out the crud that programs leave behind. http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

Running a DVD and defragging? That's just cruel to your computer unless it's very fast...
It's like me asking you to act out a play AND clean up a library after a tornado hit it. In two different places.

To defrag properly it will take at least 20% free space on the HDD. It may take DAYS to defrag it in it's present state. Do some housekeeping, get rid of programs that you don't use or need. Delete the temporary internet files and cookies. Get rid of all that useless software that came loaded on the computer when it was new. Then try defrgging the computer. Try using Auslogics Disk Defrag (FREE). If you try watching a DVD while your defragging, the DVD will skip or the viewer may even shut down on you when the defragger starts to defrag the DVD viewer's files. If you are that starved for storage space consider adding a "Slave" HDD to your computer, just for storage purposes. Then transfer your data to the new "Slave" HDD.

Its not a good idea to use your pc whilst you are defragging even if its only watching a dvd it still uses some of your processing power.
PS: always remember to turn off your screensaver when you defrag.
