There's no "supposed to", it's as big as it is and no bigger. Whatever you've got is perfectly fine, really.
But if you're really curious, the average range is 3.9 to 5.7 inches with a girth of 4 inches.
That's just the average, so obviously plenty of people are going to be bigger or smaller than that. And they are all normal!

Size doesn't matter. Every guy is different, there really isn't a "normal" size, it's the same way with breasts. But more importantly, you are a child and shouldn't be concerning yourself with penis sizes!

It has nothing to do with age. It depends on how far he is in the puberty process. There is no normal size. TYPICAL is 3-5 inches, but it varies so much at this age, even those numbers do not mean much. Have no worries, it will be as big as it supposed to be.

Whatever yours is would be normal for you. Your genes will determine your length hard or soft. Be happy with whatever you have because, let's face it (uh, so to speak), it's there for your pleasure. Enjoy.

realistically 2 1/2 to 3 inches is a normal. do worry if you are small. you still have got a lot of growing down there to do. whatever you have i am sure you will be just fine.
with an erection 4 to 5 inches.
