Can I add a primary bank account which is not mine? It's on my brother's name, but we both have access to it.

Also, if i can, does he have to be 18 also?

If you have access then yes. But that person will have to provide personal information and if PayPal suspects it is fraud they may require written permision.

As long as you provide the correct account number and routing transit number (RTN), PayPal will work with whatever account you choose. PayPal will then initiate two really small ACH deposits, like less than 25 cents. You need to know these amounts so that you can verify them on PayPal's site. Without this verification is the only way that PayPal will be unable to work with that account.

I believe they require that your name be the primary one or on the bank account.
