What time does LOST start if you live in Colorado?

What time does LOST start if you live in Colorado?

I am not very good at time zones and all the TV listings I see say it is on at 8:00 and 9:00. One of the episodes was listed as "Lost Survival Guide." Is that anything new, or just a clip show/recap?

Just use Yahoo's television guide and type in Lost and you will get the exact time and channel. Tonight it is two hours
