not so much fake (I'm sure it hurts) as it is choreographed. They already know who will win before they even get in the ring.

All of it is fake. All you have to do is watch it in slow-mo to see that these guys (despite being superb athletes) are simply VERY well rehearsed stuntmen. Injuries HAVE to happen, but the incidence of TRUE injuries other than some bloody noses and knuckles is RARE. After all, they cannot go on tour if they keep getting hurt. And with very few BIG names in the game, they cannot afford to lose them. Sure things hurt once in a while, but that doesn't make it less real... ask a stuntman any day and he/she will tell you how much it hurts to be "fake."

The lifts and slams all require the participation of both people to accomplish - in synchrony. Case in point: a guy thrown against the ropes not only makes the perfect number of steps and amount of timing (on the way to the ropes AND back), but he does it in perfect balance - supposedly after having been flattened to the mat and NEARLY unable to rise only seconds earlier.

Hmmm...

Don't get me wrong, for the right kind of people it is GREAT entertainment, but it will never be a sport. Kinda sounds like NASCAR huh?

About 65%,70% fake. You can't fake falling on somebody and some of the injuries are real.
(Example: When Edge fell on the ladder two weeks ago, the ladder had to be some what hard If It would hold Edge up. The ladder may not be metal, but If It's some kind of other material, It would hurt.

Most of the matches are fake but sometimes the actions and some of the story lines are changed due to sometimes it becomes real. All of the injuries are real even though most of the actions are unintended but accidents do happen.

Pretty well most of it.The matches are all scripted & rehearsed beforehand as are the "speeches" the stars make in the ring. The actual wrestling for sure is real, but the wrestlers can carry a match & make it look genuine with the help of the cameras.

most of it is fake. some of it is shoot, or real. for example, if u remember joey styles on raw, he gave a speech all about the wwe and how he felt. that was real. plus some injuries are real. like when rey mysterio left because of a knee injury, that was real cause he needed surgery on that knee for months.
