Actually the absence of sex to a man does affect the psychological aspect of a person. But there is actually a health issue if you keep your sperm to your stockroom. You need to masturbate sometimes to release the sperm and produce a new one. You must keep the flow and the issue on sex might just have a solution by masturbating. Its different with female that their body release the unwanted or unused bloods and eggs thru menstruation. Of course men dont have that. Bottomline, too much nor too little is not good for your health. At your age you must be needing a regular exercise and I am telling you sex is a good exercise.

No, if your thinking about how people say "blue balls", or "I'm gonna explode because i haven't got none", these are myths, any sperm created that is not ejaculated is reabsorbed by the body naturally. So no there is no ill effect from abstinence.

If you are including no masturbation, you might wind up having wet dreams, but no health effects.
