Check with the local clergy as to who to see in your community. They may offer better and more informative advise.
Also, talk to any union delegate about the matter. And, of course, be ready to seek employment elsewhere as things might get uncomfortable for you personally, then talk to a lawyer about filing a civil suit.

First and foremost you should contact a member of the Human Resource department where you work. Well actually I think your first step is to simply tell this person you do not appreciate being talked down to, if this does no good then go through human resources. If this fails to solve the problem document all instances in a diary for about a month and then call a lawyer.

Try the ACLU website.
Or, you can talk to a lawyer for free by calling your state Bar. They will give you the name and number of a lawyer that is ethical and will hear your situation at little or no cost to you.

he is not violating your civil rights, this sounds like a case of harrasment or hostile work environment. if he made you work there, and you had to stay there against your will, and were forced to do things on the jobsite that you do not want to do without having the ability to leave, then it would be a civil rights violation.....

Depends on what country you're in. I would imagine in the US it's employment standards and if you're disabled the ADA. In Canada, it's the provincial ministry of labour or the human rights commision or both.

sounds like a regular boss to me.
has he been calling your racial slurs, or denying you toilet breaks, etc? find a different job if it gets really bad.

look to the people that are above him, his boss, or what have you. speak to them, file a complaint. he has no right to do that. act on it asap.
