i heard that the water levels cant be too high because the weight of water may crush the eggs/frys
then how high should the water levels go up to? ( in inches please)

Any typical tank will be fine, water pressure is not going to damage the eggs. Keep reading about it though! The more you read and think, the better prepared you will be.

Absolutely not. The only requirements for the eggs are removing the fuzzy white ones that didn't get fertilized and keeping the water pristine. After hatching, water conditions must be kept to the same measure and fry are fed mainly brine shrimp.
Because of the design of the egg, it would take much much more depth to crush it than most people can dream of, so don't worry about the water level. Just make sure that the filters can still run (oh, and that your filters have been fry-proofed)
