Assuming that Chickenhead and Angel live in the same neighborhood and that they run the same speed, your answer is 5 * 1/4 = 5/4 or 1 hr 15 min.

the answer is undeterminate, and here's why: chickenhead's neighberhood may not be in the same neighborhood as angel, AND EVEN IF he IS in the same neighborhood, no two people run the same rate of speed and therefore it may take chickenhead longer to run the neighb. 5 times than angel, maybe not. regardless this is a trick question and i doubt that this is a textbook question because who uses "chickenhead" as an example?! go read a book and stop cheating.

Think this is a trick question! Knowing Angel's time tells us nothing about Chickenhead's speed, even assuming that they're both in the same neighborhood. So you don't have enough info to answer.
