i want an answer that i can use for my science lab report. i want to use it for my observation.

No- they all refract it in different amounts. For example, refraction of light in the water of a glass of water vs the refraction from the glass cup itself.

No. Do an experiment: see how much it bends in plain water, in very salty water, in rubbing alcohol. Stick a pencil in a glass of each and look, or better yet, measure the angle at which light is totally reflected (e.g. shine a pocket laser from the bottom of the container and note the angle at which it appears to bounce off the liquid-air interface).
Do your report on the experiment.
