coumadin ryhme?

im a nursing student and i have this homework assignment to come up with a ryhme or song about the drug warfarin (coumadin). nothing long and fancy, but something simple and cute. i would do this one one my own, but im not creative at all. any help...PLEASE!!!!

my biochemisty is rusty, but i though warfarin
was also used as rat posion (at least was) and
interferes with blood clotting?
