you been with a person for 20 yrs, and have a (2)children 1 step child. (never marriage but live together) But tell people you are marriage. one partner said they don't want marriage at all, and stated that he want the person to move on. not direct looking person in they eye, the person said that he been fasting and have a clear head now. the other person is in shock, but for the state of the children remains calm. should that person move on and start a new life she 40 and he 44.

It is best for her to move on despite the shock. The guy is even telling her, too.

40 is still young. She deserves true happiness.

This guy has been up to something probably for a very long time already.

hell yeah 40 is the new 20 baby if someone you have invested so much time and effort and love in says after 20 years they don't want to marry you move on.....you can find the love of your life its not too late my mom married my step dad when she was 44 and they love each other and are meant to be.....she is 47 and I have a baby brother who is adorable he is two years old its never too late too have true love....

Check the laws were you live. You may have qualified for Common Law status. That status says you are his wife in every legal definition. Hence, you can be eligible for child support, alimony, maybe 1/2 of his pension too.

move on, I know it is hard and it happened to a close friend of mine. but it is the best thing that she ever did. you have alot of life left in you and you want to know what real love is, everyone does! go find it cause you will and it will be great. You kids want to see you loved, then they will grow up wanting the same
