Probably the fan inside, or whatever. What can I do to fix it? THX ;)

the fan sometimes do "humms" but it will only if there are something on the way.. if your CPU was tighten and the tower was not loose, there should be no sound. BUT! the power supply will do a lot of annoying due to the uses. Try remove the fan and turn up your computer, if the humms still there, it was power supply then. =) hope this will solve your problem.

Quick, vacuum the fan area of your pc or laptop. If it's a laptop, make sure there's always breathing room between the fan and surface it's on. My laptop started sounding like a jet plane taking off and my brother held the vacuum nozzle over the fan opening and really cleaned it out. It doesn't make the noise anymore. Do it before you burn the motor out.

Either a noisy power supply or fan.

Replace the fan if that's what you think it is.

please replace the CPU fan.. if still the humming noise exists then replace the power supply
