If someone would please give the link of the item on e-Bay, or help me identify a real gold. I am not familiar with gold so please 14k and 24k an stuff like that sound to me like some code number. So please I help me!!!

Please I need help finding real gold for my mom, so it must not be something that costs like $50 when its really $75 or so. I want something like worth $100-$150 thats worth $500-$1000. Or something like that I am 16 so I really need help, my moms birthday is in 5 days and I need to find something for her...Also please if someone would please explain to me what 16k and 24k or 1.20ct or stuff like that mean please?

Consider www.bluenile.com - nice jewelry @ good prices (wide price range).

This is an established company & my friend in the wholesale jewelry business says their pirces are hard to beat and they have high quality standards.
