I think it's great because it keeps my crazy wife from getting a gun. I swear if she had one she would have gone on a shooting rampage by now.
Men are stronger than women for a good reason. Women get all moody (especially my wife) and let their emotions control them all the time. They need men to restrain them once in a while and keep them from impulsively doing something they would regret later.
Guns disrupt this balance, because anybody can shoot a gun. People shouldn't have guns, especially women. What do you think?

It's fine if old guys like hunters have guns. They don't kill people. Guns are OK with police too, except women police.
Usually my wife is really nice, but when she gets cranky, watch out! She throws everything she can get her hands on, inccluding knives, lit candles, and glassware. One time when she was throwing stuff and screaming, she almost hit our dog one time with a 5 pound weight! It was a good thing she was a woman or she would have hit him, and maybe even with a 50 pound weight!
Even though she is usually really nice, I wouldn't trust with a gun even as far as I could throw her (which I'm guessing pretty far but I never tried that because that would be mean and I'm a pacifist).
And it's not just her, it's my mother-in-law too! Whoo-boy, is she even worse!

You should move to Australia and ask THEM how they feel about gun control. Your crazy wife can just steal a gun. No law in the world is going to stop that!

Just because your wife is crazy and you're pacifist, it doesn't mean you get to impose control on the rest of us. Guns aren't the problem, it's people misusing the guns. If you feel that the two of you aren't responsible enough to own firearms, then I applaud your wisdom. But you still need to respect the rights of the majority of gun owners, who are safe and responsible with their firearms and have their tempers under control.

Nothing good could come out of gun control...If guns where outlawed then only outlaws would have guns. The 2nd ammendment isn't about hunting its about protecting ones rights and freedoms. Embrace it, don't reject it.
