I thought you said from Canada to Texas.
For the U.S. to Canada that would be a 63 cent postage stamp; the last time I checked; which was early January and also December. Unless ALL the postage rates have gone up really recently, it should be the same rate.

A 63 cent stamp.

93 cents
plus G.S.T. (6%)

The rates went up last month. In December it was 89 cents for a standard sized envelope weighing less than 30grams. It went up 4 cents.

Under 30grams $0.93
30grams to 50grams is $1.05
50grams to 100grams is $1.78

If it is a standard envelope and you could mail it for $0.39 in the U.S. then it will cost you $0.84 to mail it to Canada

Depends on how much it weighs. The post office can tell you exactly how much. Take it down there and have 'em weigh it.
