Can someone help me with my Creative Xen V mp3 player?

I did something to my Creative Zen V mp3 player, and I don't know what. But now the Back/Return button is really hard to press...I don't know how to fix this, so if anyone can help...please please help cause I love this thing and I have only had it for a month.

check your system confirgation area. it might say that you can change your system settings like how sensetive you want your player to move. just browse in that area carefully. it might be there. i had an mirco zen photo 8g. it broke after 6months. wouldnt charge. got so pissed. good luck with yours!
