I think some of them may be communists, but I'm not sure. What do you think?

I use to get mad at the celebrities spouting their filth and lies, especially because they are using their fame and fortune to spread it. Top on the list is good ol' "Hanoi" Jane who has raised her slithery little head again from whatever deep recess of Hell she was at for the past 30 something years.

Now, though, I mostly feel sad for them. They have so convinced themselves of their own lies and deception that they cannot see anything else. I have never heard more half-truths and out-right lies than I do from them.

And, yes, I agree with you about the communist part (i.e. "Hanoi" Jane for one). But than again, if you swing far enough to the left (liberal) side you eventually reach communist status.

nah, I feel kinda sorry for them. I mean its the only way they can get work. Sean Penn, Jane Fonda, Martin Sheen, Timothy Hutton, I man really when was the last time anybody seen these people in a "winning" role. So they step up and say "look at me" I can carry a banner and yell at the same time. Damn you hollywood! Try getting a trained chimp to do this!

Liberal celebrities have the uncanny ability to do the most hypocritical things, and be so totally clueless about it that they show no shame.

Babs "Global Warming" Streisand constantly berates people for not being more environmentally conscious, but none of this applies to her. She flies her gas guzzling private jets, gas guzzling luxury vehicles, air conditions her mansions, heats her swimming pool, and air conditions her warehouse full of memorabilia (wouldn't want those press clippings to get crinkled edges from dry air!)

Or how about David Geffen who is all for the rights of common people.... unless they want to go to the public beach near his house and need a path to cross.

Or Michael Moore...... oh wait. That would take 17 pages.

I don't think they have much influence on most of America.

Sure, they donate money, but not nearly as much as big business donates to the Republican Party.

Sure, they shoot their mouths off, but they're not affecting too many opinions.

Sure, some of them probably are socialists. So?

Don't worry about it. If you get worked up, you're letting them win. If you stop paying attention, they'll go away.

Are you also tired of conservative celebrities?
I'm seriously trying to decide whether you are opposed to their politics, or the fact that they HAVE politics.

I could understand the first. While I'm a liberal and not a celebrity, I would expect you have the same problem with my politics.

If you are tired of celebrities having opinions about politics, then I'm tired of YOU having an opinion.

They're puppets for the democratic party.

That's why I limit what movies I go to with the politically correct morons. Heil hollywood?? Nope, don't think so. Heil democrats, nope don't think so.

There are good actors and actresses that don't support the most corrupt party in America, the liberal party.

There's probably still a "black list" laying around somewhere! LOL But isn't it peculiar that the richest people in the country are such hippies! It's so hypocritical!

I think that #1--You are jealous; you'd like to have some celebrities on your side, too. (Aw, poooorr baby....) and #2--anyone who is still talking about "Communism" is stuck in a time-warp.
