Where can I buy a big white satchel/bag/purse?

I don't want it to be oversized, but medium-large would be the ideal size. Plus I want big handles. I'm also thinking about spending less than $30. for this. THanks!

Try Target...they always have purses in the style that you are describing.

try going to marshalls cos they sell cheap bags and there's a lot of choices. target sells nice bags which are not too expensive too.
